EcoMinds combines measurable reach with open-access educational resources designed for long-term reuse.
The EcoMinds project contributed to increasing awareness of climate change, sustainability and green skills among young people and youth-related stakeholders in Türkiye, Italy and Greece.
Through the survey, the project collected input from 119 respondents and identified young people’s awareness, attitudes and learning needs regarding climate change and the green transition. These findings informed the development of the mobile game and educational materials.
The mobile game provided a practical and interactive learning experience by allowing users to manage a virtual office and observe the consequences of sustainability-related decisions.
Pilot testing helped improve the game before its final release by collecting direct feedback from young users.
The project also reached wider audiences through multiplier events, newsletters, partner dissemination channels, the project website and open-access publication of results on SALTO Youth Toolbox and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform. The achieved impact is demonstrated through survey participation, pilot testing feedback, event participation, mobile game downloads and the availability of project results as free educational resources.
The EcoMinds project results will remain freely accessible after the end of the project.
The project website and the EcoMinds mobile game will be maintained for five years after project completion, in line with the commitments made in the project application.
The European Report, Trainer Guide and mobile game information will continue to be available through the project website, partner communication channels, SALTO Youth Toolbox and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
The mobile game can be used by young people, youth workers, educators, adult trainers, NGOs, schools and local authorities as a non-formal learning tool on climate awareness, sustainability and green skills.
Partners will continue to disseminate the project results through their websites, social media channels, training activities and relevant youth/education networks.
The open-access nature of the results supports their reuse in educational, youth work and awareness-raising activities.
The project website will be maintained for five years after completion.
